Lead and Sales Tracking


Call Counting can give you a good idea about how your campaigns are performing, but it does not give the full picture. To really understand how well your ads are performing you need to track their conversion rates.

How many of your phone calls are actually leads, how many of them end in a sale and more importantly how much return does each advert generate?
With AdInsight there are 3 ways to track your leads and sales:
  1. You can manually enter the data using the web interface.
  2. You can use the IVR sales tracking feature, which allows you to record a lead or a sale directly over the phone once you have completed the call with your customer.
  3. You can have AdInsight integrated with your CRM to allow lead and sales data to be matched against call data for accurate reporting.
