We have found that over 10% of all our clients calls tracked by AdInsight are missed for some reason or another. Imagine what it would mean for your profit margins if you were losing 10% of your business because you could not answer your telephone every time.

AdInsight logs the call disposition of every call, so if you activate this feature, you will be emailed a missed call alert every time you miss a call for any reason. This email prompts you to call that person back and provides you with their telephone number, time and date of call, which advert they were calling from and the call disposition.

There are 3 possible call dispositions in the email:

• Missed Call - This is when you have simply missed the call because the phone was not answered.
• Busy - This is when you have missed the call because your telephone line was busy.
• Failed - This is when your phone system has failed to received the call altogether. You would be surprised how common this is, even with traditional phone systems.
