Developer Perks
AdInsight have a number of developer perks to help encourage creativity, innovation, teamwork and growth. These include:- Innovation Time: All developers get half a day per week to work on innovative ideas. Your ideas will then be reflected in AdInsight’s core product offerings and if large enough, you will become the project manager. Our hope is that you spend this time on product innovation, features, plug-ins, fixes or additions that you think are the most important. We give you this time so you can shape AdInsight’s direction.
- Bug Squashing Competition: Once a year we set some time aside to have a bug squashing competition. This creates excitement and gets the competitive blood flowing, and as an added bonus some niggly bugs get fixed!
- Inspiration Day: Every year we set aside one day for researching and developing inspirational ideas. During this day we all have a brain storming session. After which each developer chooses a couple of ideas to explore further. Successful ideas are then incorporated into the mainstream development plan.
Growth
We are growing in leaps and bounds, with very high double digit growth seen month on month for the last 6 months. But revenue and profit alone are not how a company is judged. The people in the company and the culture they cultivate are also very important. We are looking for several talented individuals to join our team; from Java developers and administration staff to sales and account managers.We recognise that we are in a very unique position. In the face of the global recession, most companies have decided to stop changing or to scale down. By doing this they hope to ride out the recession.
