Refer-a-mate
Would you like an extra £500 in your pocket? Do you know someone who would be a great fit for an open role with AdInsight?If the answer is "Yes" to both questions, then make a referral to AdInsight and you could get a £500 hiring bonus.
Here's how it works
- Referrals must be sent between 1st December 2009 and 1st March 2010.
- Provide your details and information about your mate. We will contact them by phone or email and tell them how to apply.
- You may send us a maximum of 4 referrals.
- You will receive the referral bonus after the cadidate has been hired and has been working with us for at least 6 months.
Other Terms
- The "Referrer" cannot refer more than 4 people within this 4 month period.
- AdInsight complies with United Kingdom taxation rules.
- The bonus will be paid in GBP.
- The bonus may be taxed.
- You must be a United Kingdom resident (for tax purposes).
- The bonus Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
Bounty Program: Head Hunters, Recruiters and Agencies
Many recruitment agencies ask us how they can become a recruitment partner of AdInsight. That's why we set up a bounty program. It works as follows: recruiters can submit candidates. If the candidate that your organisation has put forward is hired, you will receive a one off flat fee bounty bonus. The bounty is calculated based on the candidate's annual base salary. Enquire for more details.We get many requests every year to work with recruiters. And while we'd love to work with all of you, it's not realistic. So we're raising the bar. Any recruiter that wants to work with AdInsight must follow these conditions:
- Rule 1: You can't empty your candidate database into our inbox! The first time you send us candidates, you can only submit a maximum of 4.
- Rule 2: Great candidates, means a great relationship, so make sure they are awesome. If one (or more) of these 4 candidates is hired, you may be allowed to submit more candidates and become our recruitment partner.
- Rule 3: Unsuitable candidates, sorry mate! If none of the candidates you put forward are good enough, then we must unfortunately part ways.
