Call Recording


When you activate this feature all your incoming phone calls will be recorded. These recordings can be streamed directly over the internet or you can download them for later use.

Call recordings can be used for a range of different reasons; the most common being training. However you can also use these recordings to;
  • Realise how effective your staff are at handling calls.
  • Get a better understanding of your customers and what questions they are asking.
  • Identify problematic campaigns, by understanding how your customers are responding to them.
  • Resolve legal disputes.
Many of our clients started using AdInsight to simply track how effective their campaigns were at generating phone calls. However after using the call recording feature, they found it was an indispensible part of their business because of the sheer insight it provides.
