With call counting you are able to see exactly how many calls each of your adverts are generating. It also tells you how many of those calls are unique and repeat. With this data you can quickly see which campaign generates the largest telephone response and therefore you can cut back on advertising spend that is producing sufficient phone calls.
One of our clients used this data to negotiate a 24% discount on all their print advertising, which has saved them hundreds of pounds every week.
This data can also highlight other underlying issues with your advertisements; for example if you have many repeat calls. If this were the case you could then use the call recordings to identify why your customers called multiple times. It could be that you telephone operator is not handling the call properly or it could be that your advertisement is giving a confusing message.
